STORE PURCHASED ITEMS
In the event that you need to exchange the size of your training uniform or training gear that you have purchased, we are more than happy to do so for you within 28 days of the purchase date. Please contact us either via the contact form or email us with the original order number and your requested item for exchange. Items must be unused and in its original packaging.
Refunds may be requested on purchased store items within 28 days of the purchase date. Items must not be worn and must be in their original packaging. Please contact us either via the contact form or email us with the original order number and your request for refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Refunds are not available for any item that has been worn or used.
We are unable to offer refunds for tickets purchased on any of our events including seminars, workshops, pre-gradings and gradings. Credit notes may be issued at the discretion of the Director therefore please contact us ASAP should you be unable to attend an event you have booked for.
Tactical Shooting Courses
To secure a place on any TSC, a £100 non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking. If you cancel a month before the start of the event, you are liable to pay 50% of the course fees. If you cancel less than one month before the start of the event, you are liable to pay the full course fees.
